Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Notil ("the app"), a WhatsApp automation service for Nuvemshop stores. By installing the app you agree to them.

What the service does

Notil reads order and checkout data from your Nuvemshop store and sends WhatsApp messages to your customers on your behalf — order confirmations, shipping updates, payment reminders, and abandoned-cart recovery — using your own WhatsApp Business account through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to message the customers whose phone numbers appear in your store's orders, and you are responsible for complying with applicable consumer-protection, privacy, and anti-spam laws.
• You are responsible for the content of any message template you write or customize.
• You must keep your Nuvemshop store and WhatsApp Business account in good standing. If either is suspended or disconnected, the app stops working.
• You may not use the app to send unsolicited bulk messaging, or anything that violates Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy or Nuvemshop's partner terms.

Message approval and delivery

WhatsApp requires Meta to approve every message template before it can be sent, and Meta may reject or later disable a template at its discretion. We submit templates on your behalf and report their status, but we do not control approval decisions and cannot guarantee any template is approved.

We also cannot guarantee delivery. Messages depend on Meta's platform, your WhatsApp Business account standing, and your customer's device and network.

Fees

Subscription fees for the app are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are shown before you subscribe. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

WhatsApp message costs are separate and are not charged by us. Meta bills those directly to your WhatsApp Business Account according to its own pricing.

Service availability and changes

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

We depend on third-party platforms — Nuvemshop, Meta, and our hosting and payment providers. Changes or outages on their side may affect the service.

Data

Our handling of store and customer data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Cancellation and termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your Nuvemshop store. Uninstalling deletes the data tied to your store. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, or if required by Nuvemshop or Meta.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost sales, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including undelivered or delayed messages. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
