Once installed on a merchant's Nuvemshop store, this app sends automated WhatsApp messages — order confirmed, order shipped, PIX payment pending, and abandoned-cart recovery — from the merchant's own WhatsApp Business number, using Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API with Coexistence. The merchant keeps using the WhatsApp Business app on their phone exactly as before; this app sends alongside it, not instead of it.
